I     The Student Body hereby calls for the permanent recall and removal from office of Mr. John McGovern as Student Body President of the Student Government of the University of Florida, from his office and all his duties, from now and henceforth, on the grounds of malfeasance.
 

II     The Student Body hereby orders the immediate removal of the organisation known as "Florida Blue Key" from the University of Florida, and the withdrawal of all Student Government recognition of this organisation.
